Skytrex

I uh… went to Taman Pertanian Malaysia in Shah Alam for some Skytrex “Adventure”. I never know this place existed but my dad and Shin’s dad first response was that , “I brought you there when you’re still a kid, remember?”

Uh… really?

The challenges almost killed me because of my overly sweaty palm, but I finished all of them nonetheless. I was soaked in sweat, as though I just climbed out of a pond.

Did I mention I lost 2 KG after that weekend?

More in facebook also (facebook image quality is not good, I wanted to say it sucks but… at least they’re fast and stable)

Desa Parkcity

Every weekend Shin’s mom would point her finger at me and say, “You Need Exercise!”. By that time I’d already know that she meant “Let’s go for a walk in the park” and I should start wearing my jogging shoes.

But rather, I thought it’d be a good opportunity for me to practice shooting with my 50mm so that’s just what I did.

I’m glad I didn’t bring my 250mm, I would have looked like a total pervert stalker that’s trying to snap pics of women bouncing their assets in this park.

Collage 6

Last… too tired to try any more.

Collage 5

Collage 4

Oops, I got naughty, and addicted.

Collage 3

Someone said I neglected the groom.

Collage 2

Here’s uh…. another try.

Collage?

So today during lunch I heard my colleague saying that he had to pay the photographer RM700 to do some kinda collage for his wedding photo.

That gave me an idea, and the idea is HUH WTF? No, seriously is it really that expensive? So I wanted to give it a try as well.

Pretty Good Job

Looks like the police did some really good job nabbing some rapist in what I call the den of all criminals in Malaysia.

KLUANG: Five men believed to be involved in several robberies and rapes in three states were finally nabbed after police conducted a thorough search of 14 homes in Taman Muhibah here.

Police personnel had earlier cordoned off the men’s home but they managed to escape by climbing up the roof and went into hiding in other people’s homes at about 5pm here yesterday.

Police then ordered the residents of the 14 homes to vacate their houses and started their manhunt.

They found the men hiding in the backyard of one of the houses.

Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Fawzi Arshad said the suspects, aged between 20 and 30 were believed to be responsible for robbery and rape cases in Kluang and Ledang in Johor, Malacca and Nilai in Negri Sembilan.

“We also discovered three women aged 18,19, and 20 believed to be the suspects’ wives.

“Two other women, both minors, are believed to be the younger sisters of one of the wives,” he said, adding that police had taken statements from the women.

ACP Fawzi said the evacuation of the residents was needed to prevent them from being made hostages.

He urged anyone with information to contact the police hotline at 07-2212999 or the nearest police station.

The evacuating is a good move as well, kinda makes you wish that they’re always this good with dealing with crime gangs.

If they are really convicted, I hope that they get a light penalty and get released from jail early; so that the family of the victims can beat them all to death and drag their torn bodies tied behind their car for a 2 hour parade around the hometown of the victims.

Seriously, everyone hates rapist, but why doesn’t the law hate them?

Wai Leng’s Birthday

I was reluctant to pull out my camera because another pro there think it’s stupid to take photo in this kind of event (He didn’t really say it was stupid, I was just being sensitive).

I was trying to shoot without using external flashgun, but it didn’t really work. Good thing I still have Photoshop.

LOL, Francis hates everything

I enjoy using Francis the most because of his dialogues, but someone else out there decided to make it better.

View Large Icons in Windows Vista Taskbar

I always forget how this works so I'm putting up a reminder to remind myself right-click

To even see this popup first right-click on the taskbar and UNCHECK Lock the Taskbar.

Then I’ll get nice large Icons

large_icons

Instead of the small annoying one

small_icons

Because I want to right click and get my Task Manager. I can’t live without a Task Manager.

Malacca Trip

During my trip I played a lot of Auto-bracketing for creating HDR shots. The photographs in this album is so heavily processed that it’s going to hurt your eyes just by looking at them.

Oh well.

Earth Hour Day 2009

Max I can switch off is 2.5 hours, cos that’s how long my laptop battery would last.

Jonny on Earth Hour Day 2009, where the world will switch off all electrical usage for 1 hour at 8.30pm local time.

Another photo qualifying into my list of over-saturated HDR photographs list. Taken in Eye of Malaysia in Melaka.

ROM - Benny

My ex-colleague Benny just had his Registration of Marriage done and I was the Witness cum Photographer for his meaningful event.

Windows Live Writer sure is handy.

What’s with the Bunnies?

No offence, whenever I hear a song of my soon-to-be-ex favourite Radio Station My.FM I would quickly switch to another station. I forgot which song, if I could remember I wouldn’t be switching stations. There is this duo group from Singapore called By2 that was supposed to be very cute that was singing mature sounding songs that just won’t fit into my ears. I seriously think that the song would sound better sung by more mature artistes.

Yesterday there was another interview with them, and they mentioned something about a new MV with some interesting costume appearance. Since I was so umm… not too occupied I decided to see if YouTube has that video.

And no I can’t find it, but came upon something interesting instead. Looks like they’re more dancers than singers. Oh well, maybe perhaps if they’re a bit older I’d pay more attention to them, and their singing as well.

Somewhat mature version eh?

LOL. Just kidding. Please don’t kill me.

Why Buy DVD?

Why would anyone buy pirated DVD for collection? The only reason anyone should buy DVD is because they want to share it with other people, who will in turn keep it on the bottom stack of their old newspaper.
